Is this indoor or outdoor storage?
Storage is outdoors on concrete RV pads. This is not indoor, enclosed, or covered storage.
Are hookups or utilities available?
No. Winter storage is for parking only. Electrical, water, and sewer hookups are not provided.
Can I access my RV during the winter?
Yes. Winter access is available during regular resort business hours. Please contact Alpen Bluffs to coordinate access, especially during winter weather.
Is there a maximum RV length?
There is no stated maximum RV length. Please provide the approximate length of your RV when submitting your request so our team can arrange a suitable spot.
Are wheel chocks required?
Yes. All RVs must have appropriate wheel chocks or blocks securely placed at the wheels while in storage. RV owners must provide and install their own chocks or blocks.
When must I pick up my RV?
All RVs must be removed from winter storage by April 30, 2027.
Does Alpen Bluffs winterize my RV?
No. Owners are responsible for winterizing their own RVs before storage. Winterization service is not included in the $300 rate.
