Located along Main Street/M-32 and a short 0.8 mile walk to Alpine-themed Downtown Gaylord, MI, Alpen Bluffs Outdoor Resort offers nightly RV, Motorhome, Glamping Yurt, and Log Cabin accommodations.
Our resort provides fun for the entire family, including a Bar and Grill with Indoor Golf and free outdoor games, an Aquatic Waterpark called Inukshuk Shores, Alpen Point Mini Golf, Pickleball, a Dog Park, Showers, and Laundry. Cabin Rentals
Our cabins are designed for comfort and convenience, sleeping up to eight guests with a cozy loft. Each is fully furnished and offers a full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, television, futon or couch, private bathroom with stand-up shower, heating and air conditioning, and a welcoming porch to relax outdoors.
Glamping Yurt Rentals.
Yurts are circular, spacious canvas-walled tents that offer a unique year-round glamping accommodation. Each Yurt has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 4 people, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, a kitchen table and chairs, a television, heat, and air conditioning.
On Site Restaurant
Mulligans at the Bluffs blends crave-worthy kitchen classics with craft cocktails and effortless fun—open to everyone. Settle in on our expansive, all-weather patio with fireplaces, then break the ice with free games like bocce, shuffleboard, cornhole, and the putting green. Level up the night with 18-hole mini golf (small fee) or our seven indoor golf simulators.

All RV and Motorcoach sites are inclusive of 50 Amp service with direct hookup to City water and sewer, access to cable, free WIFI, patio area with picnic table, and fire ring. Accommodations include back-in and pull-through sites.

WATER SPORTS
Otsego Lake (4 miles from Alpen Bluffs) offers boat ramp access while also providing outdoor rentals such as pontoons, kayaks, and paddleboards. While Otsego County is home to the headwaters to five sprawling rivers: Surgeon River, Pigeon River, AuSable River, Manistee River, and Black River, providing for fishing, rafting, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, and swimming adventures.
GOLF
In addition to Mulligan’s seven indoor golf simulators, Gaylord is known as Michigan’s “Golf Meca” as it boasts a spectacular collection of 17 Michigan golf courses that include world-class resorts and championship golf designed by some of America’s top golf course designers.
SKIING
Otsego Golf and Ski Resort are located directly across the street (M32) from Alpen Bluffs, while Treetops Golf and Ski Resort are located 3.8 miles away, and Boyne Mountain Resort is 22 miles to the West.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS
A sprawling downtown with access to multiple bars and restaurants, easy access to parks and hiking trails, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, elk viewing and hunting. The Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula are less than an hour from the site. Also close by are Traverse City (one hour and fifteen minutes from the site), Torch Lake (less than an hour from the site), and Charlevoix (less than an hour from the site).
